Join Roche, where every voice matters.The Position2024 Summer Intern - Solutions Marketing Department SummaryThe Customer Area Marketing Sub-Chapter (part of the Solutions Marketing Chapter) provides strategic marketing capabilities and program execution for key prioritized product launches and initiatives, in alignment with defined strategies. Customer Area Marketing co-creates with Marketing & Customer Insights team members, affiliate stakeholders and business teams to drive action across the customer journey. We align with stakeholders for product launches and on-market promotional plans to drive execution of marketing materials for channel optimization. We establish best practices, ensure consistency and limit redundancies. This internship position can be located in Indianapolis, Pleasanton, Tucson. Key Responsibilities

• The Solutions Marketing Intern will be assigned a variety of marketing-related responsibilities related to new product launches and on-market products, supporting the Global Marketing Managers.
• You will gain practical and hands-on experience collaborating with Global Marketing Managers with marketing launch plan development and tactical execution on a variety of marketing strategies and tactics that help meet defined business objectives.
• You will apply gained knowledge to develop content in the Customer Area and interface with functional stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables meet the needs of internal and external audiences and are compliant from a legal and regulatory perspective.
• You will provide support through the Promotional Communication Approval Process and assist the rebranding process of global marketing assets.Program Highlights
  • Intensive 12-weeks, full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
  • Program start dates are in May/June.
  • A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university during the program calendar year 2024.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years of undergraduate experience is preferred.
    • Must have a ---3.0 GPA. Please attach a copy of your transcript in order to be considered for this internship opportunity.Required majors:
      • Undergraduate degree in Marketing/Business or Biotechnology/ScienceRequired skills:
        • Candidate must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
        • Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment is necessary.
        • Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
        • Must be a team player who enjoys collaborating with internal teams, external partners, customers and vendors/consultants to drive business objectives.
        • Proficiency in Google Workspace suite of collaborative tools (gMail, gSItes, gSheet, gDoc, gSlides, gChat, ...) is necessary.Preferred Qualifications
          • Previous experience in marketing, either through course work or through industry/academia, is an asset.
