We are seeking a skilled End User Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Zoom and RingCentral solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting virtual training sessions, creating user-friendly training materials, and supporting end-users in adopting these communication and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual training sessions for end users on Zoom and RingCentral platforms, covering features, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Develop and update training materials, including user guides, FAQs, video tutorials, and live demo scripts.
Customize training programs to align with customer requirements and varying skill levels.
Provide post-training support to ensure user adoption and address follow-up questions.
Stay up-to-date on new features, updates, and best practices for both platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
Gather feedback from participants and improve training delivery accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in end-user training, technical support, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Zoom and RingCentral features, administration, and best practices.
Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly manner.
Experience developing training materials and conducting live demos.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Certifications in Zoom or RingCentral are a plus but not required.
