Job Description:

Great opportunity with a growing firm in Walnut Creek! We are looking for Administrative/Projects Assistant to support the critical administrative needs for our Contracts Department. This position provides varied, complex and confidential support and will include, but not be limited to, clerical credentialing tasks, administrative support for projects, filing, mailings, managing provider documents and data in an organized manner, stocking/organizing department supplies and be the sole administrative support for the credentialing staff. The ideal candidate will exercise good judgment and discretion at all times. This candidate must also be a proven self-starter capable of interacting with a diverse ecosystem of staff, industry representatives, and all other entity connections.


" Required - Adobe X /Adobe Pro demonstrated experience creating and editing adobe forms


" Demonstrated high level administrative & project support skills


" Intermediate to Advanced computer skills MS Word (mail merging), Excel formatting spreadsheets and Outlook scheduling
