Job Description:
A growing Construction company in the East Bay is currently
interviewing for an Administrative Assistant position. Looking for
candidates who have previous Construction Industry experience and
are proficient in the MS Office Suite. Please take a look at the

Must have great communications skills, be able to work in a fast
paced environment, be a quick learner, have a basic understanding
of various accounting systems, have excellent Microsoft Office
skills (work, excel, Outlook), needs to be mature and able to
handle stressful situations. Construction or service industry
experience a plus. Must be a forward thinker, able to work
independently. Candidates must show maturity and have a great and
positive attitude.
Construction Administrative Assistant
Support the construction department and various project
managers.
- Create and maintain construction job files
- Coordinate project equipment rentals
- Enter construction Purchase Orders in to systems and coordinate
with vendors
- Work within company?s accounting and project software
- Work with various client software systems and billing sites.
- Type and review proposals
- Handle factory issues for project managers
- Coordinate meetings and calendars
- General admin assistance duties
