Job Description:
A company is looking for a Back End Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and
implement solutions
Create and maintain APIs and middleware for data flow between
systems
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve
integration issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in designing maintainable database schemas and data
structures
Ability to design technical solutions with minimal guidance
Engagement in organizational processes like planning and sprint
reviews
Collaboration with product managers and designers to translate
requirements into technical solutions
Proactive identification and resolution of potential technical
issues and bottlenecks
