R&D Engineer Physical DesignJob Description:Broadcom is seeking a Design Implementation Engineer with proven expertise across various disciplines, including synthesis, floor planning, equivalence checking, placement, clock tree synthesis, physical verification, constraints development and validation, timing analysis, and closure. The role involves contributing to complex design implementations using cutting-edge technology nodes and leading one or more areas of design closure within the team. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in multiple EDA vendor solutions and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements. Additionally, the role requires active participation in peer reviews to ensure all quality standards are met.Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently. Must have experience collaborating within global teams and thriving in dynamic environments. Hands-on expertise with timing analysis and place-and-route tools for ASIC/SoC design is essential.Education/Experience:

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of related experience.Compensation and Benefits:The annual base salary range for this position is $119,000 - $190,000.
