Managed Cloud Services.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client needs and develop strategies for optimizing GIS
Managed Cloud Services
Conduct regular health check meetings with clients to assess goals
and challenges
Collaborate with technical teams to address support tickets and
create training materials
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with enterprise GIS solutions leveraging the
ArcGIS platform
Proficiency in ESRI products, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro,
and AGOL
Experience with Salesforce
ESRI ArcGIS Professional Certification(s)
AWS/Azure Cloud Certification(s)
