Here, you will make an impact by:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hyperscale customers. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom solutions based on customer needs.
• Working with cross-functional teams to create custom proposals, quotes, and pricing models that meet customer specifications and company profitability goals.
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the high-speed cable assembly market. Develop and implement growth strategies for existing and new customers.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of high-speed cable assembly products and industry standards. Stay updated on technological advancements to provide expert consultation to customers.
• Developing partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.Your Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing or Engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Four (4) years of experience in Global sales, business development, product management within high-speed copper or optical industry specific to Hyperscale Data Centers in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
    • Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering from an accredited institution
    • Eight (8) years with high-speed copper or optical applications for data center customers
    • Five (5) years of direct experience with hyperscale data center customers
    • Experience working with a cross-functional team to introduce new and existing products to key customers.
    • Project Management experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
    • Salesforce Experience
    • Proficient Presentation Skills
    • Proficient Communication Skills
