Job Description:
RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, is seeking an Account
Manager. In this role, you will be part of the Account Management
Team, managing the renewal relationships and expansion strategies
of RollWork's Strategic customers. You will own, drive, and lead
the renewal management for a subset of Strategic customers, and
work collaboratively with the Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
This role offers the opportunity to have a significant business
impact on a rapidly growing company.The impact you'll make:
- Responsible for the commercial aspect of the customer's
business by focusing on retaining and growing their book of
business with roughly 20-30 accounts.
- Work harmoniously with appointed Senior Customer Success
Manager(s) to support their book of customers jointly.
- Develop and expand cross-functional relationships across
several customer departments.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, billing, legal, and financial
questions for the customer.
- Work collaboratively with new business and onboarding teams to
ensure a standardized new customer experience.
- Develop relationships internally to improve processes and
support customers effectively.Skills you'll bring:
- 3-5 years of successful technology Account Management
experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, or digital
marketing.
- Track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to achieve a quarterly managed sales quota.
- Experience working in a dynamic, evolving sales culture.
- Able to travel quarterly to meet customers.Benefits and perks:

Information:Minimum salary of $73,950 to maximum salary of $107,100
+ commission + equity + benefits. The range provided is NextRoll's
reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.About
