Job Description:
The Palo Alto History Museum seeks a dynamic, creative and
experienced professional with excellent interpersonal, leadership
and fundraising skills. The Executive Director will have a strong
public-facing presence in the community. This is an exciting time
as the Palo Alto History Museum will be opening in its restored
historic building in early 2025.Our museum will be a testament to
the people whose vision, values and imagination fostered a diverse
and dynamic community and shaped the modern world.Ideally, we seek
applicants with proven, hands-on Museum management experience. At
minimum, we request applicants have at least five (5) years of
experience with demonstrated success in a senior-level leadership
role for a nonprofit organization.Salary: $120K - $150K based on
experience.
