You will be at the forefront in managing all maintenance personnel for a smooth and efficient operation. • Fleet Oversight: Oversee the maintenance, mechanical repairs, and overall efficiency of the company's fleet of vehicles.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintenance Record Management: Ensure all maintenance record data is kept up to date with the help of the fleet software department.
• Parts and Inventory Control: Control the acquisition and inventory of parts, supplies, equipment, tools, hardware, and software.
• Continuous Maintenance Program: Manage a continuous maintenance program for fleet vehicles.
• Emergency Supplies Management: Order urgent or emergency parts and supplies as needed.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce and supervise the safety of division personnel.
• Roadside Assistance Preparation: Keep the roadside assistance vehicle ready to be deployed at any time as needed.
• Cross-Division Collaboration: Cooperate with other fleet divisions as necessary.
