Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Operations to support
seller productivity and align sales goals with company
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue operations processes including sales forecasting,
pipeline management, and resource allocation
Manage and develop a Sales Operations team, advocating for the
value of Sales Operations within the organization
Provide data and analytics to improve sales team productivity and
monitor key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS
sector, specifically in K-12 or Higher Education
Experience with Salesforce administration or development
certifications
Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales process
optimization and forecasting
Proven track record of building operational rigor and strong
teams
Prior P&L or cost center responsibility is advantageous
