the responsible and efficient application of technology resources
by assessing opportunities for reusing existing solutions, clearly
defining minimum viable products, and always building with
extensibility in mind.

product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business

alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments. You'll
attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they
develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an
iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed way.As the Product
Manager for Product College, you will:
- Serve as the Product Leader for our Product College Platform
and broader Product manager training and continuing education-
applying Product rigor and principles to build an industry leading
experience for your customers.
- Set the vision and strategy for the future of Product College
and create a learning environment that enables our company-wide
product job family (2k+ and quickly growing) to stay at the
frontier of product craft.
- Partner across the enterprise to support all LOB's and curate
relevant content, coursework and foster an engaged community of
product leaders.
- Leverage external platforms and institutions to maintain a
cutting edge suite of learning tools for Product managers.
- Partner deeply to operationalize your vision with key partners:
Learning and Development, Talent and Performance Management, People
Strategy & Analytics, and other key HR functions.We want you if you

and be a mentor in product development.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in digital product
management.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product management.
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and
analysis into consumer facing digital products.Capital One will

annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed
upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid
On-Site): $233,100 - $266,000 for Director, Product Management.San
Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $246,900 - $281,800 for
Director, Product Management.Candidates hired to work in other
locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that
location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any
candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
