Job Description:
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Leader responsible for
designing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with
organizational goals
Design and manage competitive global compensation structures and
benefits programs
Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and maintain
accurate reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree or certifications preferred
5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR
functions
Experience in a multi-national organization
Strong analytical skills and expertise in compensation structures
and market analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration in the US and
Europe
