Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Operations
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and oversee the RFP to final proposal process, including
improving proposal templates and developing vendor checklists
Lead the development of differentiated win strategies for proposals
and collaborate across functional groups to assess operational
risks
Optimize the handover process upon award to clinical operations and
provide input on site networks for major therapeutic and research
units
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in a
scientific discipline
At least 10 years of progressive experience in clinical
operations
Previous experience with personnel management is required
Experience in various areas of clinical operations is preferred
Proven ability to meet critical deadlines
