Key Responsibilities

Manage an individual book of business with a focus on account growth and relationship building
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and new business within the existing customer base
Track KPIs and performance metrics while ensuring customer retention

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in an account management role
P&C insurance industry experience
Experience managing a team
Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
Ability to take ownership of work
