Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Support to lead and
enhance the customer support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Support Team's KPIs, including ticket backlog and
customer satisfaction metrics
Manage staffing, hiring, and training for the Technical Support
Analysts team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer
challenges and improve product offerings
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or a related technical degree, or equivalent
work experience
3+ years of experience leading technical support in an enterprise
SaaS environment
Experience with APIs and technical troubleshooting
Proven track record in scaling high-functioning support teams
Experience with implementing new support tools is a plus
