Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the
Member Acquisition call center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Train and lead sales supervisors while overseeing daily operations
and key performance metrics
Ensure compliance with client rules and service level agreements
while managing agent scheduling and performance
Interface with clients to troubleshoot issues and prepare
performance reports for strategic planning
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of sales management experience in a call center
environment
Experience in Individual/Family Plan health insurance and Medicare
sales
Solid knowledge of CMS rules, individual health insurance plans,
and call center technology
Proven track record of increasing sales in a phone-based
environment
