As the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, this pharmacy leader will direct and support the pharmacy's daily operations. Responsibilities will include managing schedules, optimizing workflows, developing performance improvement initiatives, assisting with staff onboarding and training, overseeing medication ordering, and balancing hands-on bench work with administrative tasks.
Reporting to both the Chief Medical Officer and the Multi-Site Pharmacy Director, this Pharmacy Manager will have oversight of a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians, full-time pharmacists, and per diem pharmacists. The department supports pharmacy services for the hospital's 25 inpatient beds and 20 clinics.
