This Customer Service/ Call Center Position Features:
Title: Customer Service - Call Center
Hours: 10am - 10pm
(Hours may vary as schedule is printed out weekly but HAVE to be
open to time range)

Duties: In a call center environment respond to a high volume of
second level incoming calls, handling service requests and customer
enquiries, researching account information and partnering with 3rd
party contractors to analyze and resolve Home Warranty claims in a
timely manner maintaining a high level of customer service - Answer
incoming level one calls from customers regarding new claims and
existing claims. - Document all calls in the system - Process
claims for homeowners and assist with warranty coverage inquiries -
Create work items from Claim and/or work orders - Cancel or re-open
claims or work orders - Provide homeowners with all relevant
information pertaining to the contract, claim or work order -
Handle various dispatch activities - Resolve homeowner and
contractor scheduling conflicts. - Using established procedures
performs assigned tasks. Work is routine and instructions are
usually detailed
