Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Systems Manager to oversee and
maintain its IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and maintenance of internal IT systems
for optimal performance
Manage help desk operations and provide support to end-users
Administer Microsoft environments and implement security policies
to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer or information science-related field
or relevant field required
Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience, including 3 years in a
leadership role
5+ years of Microsoft administration experience, including Azure
and Office 365
Strong knowledge of ITSM framework and IT Operations best
practices
Experience with Security and Compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO,
etc.)
