We have been servicing the Santa Clara county for over 35 years! We help care for seniors and disabled adults. We provide a number of non-medical based services such as personal care/hygiene, meal prep, medication reminders etc. We firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to remain as active and as independent as possible. Our goal is to help every individual maintain and enjoy a healthy and active way!We have various shifts that range from AM/PM, 4-12 hours, NOCS, fill ins and live ins. We understand consistency with a schedule is important, so we try to schedule based on your availability and preference! We do a great job at maintaining our current clients and are constantly taking on new clients and continuing to grow! • Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Assist with non-medical daily activities which include: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia, etc.
• Drive clients for errands and doctors appointments.
• Asist with transfers, standby assist and safety supervision.Be on call as a Caregiver
