Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Resolution Specialist to
handle customer escalations and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive escalations and resolve customer concerns across
multiple channels
Track escalation data and propose settlement agreements as
necessary
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
regarding ongoing issues
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
experience
2+ years of experience in business analysis, research, or related
fields
2+ years of experience in business writing or consumer
relations
Experience in customer escalation management
ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster's) license must be acquired and
maintained
