Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Reservationist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:


  • Handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone or email, providing information about availability and assisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Accurately inputting reservation details into our reservation system, including allergies and seating preferences.
  • Confirming reservations with guests via email or phone.
  • Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, including modifications to booking dates and providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Preparing daily reservations sheet for lunch and dinner service.
  • Collaborating on special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.
