One of Kinney Recruiting's favorite long-time clients, a large law firm, is seeking an entrepreneurial associate with 2+ years of corporate transactional experience to join the firm's San Francisco, CA, office. The winning candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile mergers & acquisitions, securities, and private equity transactions. While this firm is ranked among the largest law firms by revenue, it only has 500 attorneys and 8 offices worldwide. Therefore, associates at the firm, and especially in the San Francisco office, have the opportunity to help build the firm's brand and strengthen client relationships in the region.
