Job Description:

This work will be accomplished both by working directly with individual, assigned accounts and also by leading a team of account executives and


to support a large group of clients.



Summary of essential job functions


? Deal with client inquiries, concerns and requests in an appropriate fashion and as quickly as needed by the client


? Ensure that all team members are following company guidelines for their roles and are providing highest possible level of service to our clients


? Attract, develop and retain top performing employees to allow for consistency in our client approach over time.



Minimum requirements


? Minimum of 5 years customer service experience


? Proven track record of success



Abilities required


? Outstanding communication skills ? verbal, written, interpersonal


? Strong computer skills including the Microsoft office suite and demonstrable computer literacy with internet based applications


? Understanding of basic insurance and employee benefits


? Strong and accurate analytical and mathematical skills


? Excellent client service instincts and judgment


? Attention to detail
