Job Description:

Job Title: Methods AnalystFM Global is seeking a highly skilled Methods Analyst to join our team. As a Methods Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing policy data and business processes to ensure compliance with corporate procedures and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze policy data and business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct processing audits for AFM & FM Lines according to protocols and provide business support for internal and operational staff.
• Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with corporate processing procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with I.S. agile teams to participate in user acceptance testing and implement new systems and processes.
• Document recommendations found during audit reviews and identify trends or training needs.Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of insurance experience or relatable business experience.
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
