Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Support Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for clients facing non-complex technical or service-related issues.



Key Responsibilities

Provide first line support for client inquiries via phone or email, ensuring prompt and professional issue resolution
Diagnose and troubleshoot non-complex issues related to software, hardware, or services, and escalate as necessary
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, while logging all interactions accurately


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in IT or related field preferred
0-2 years of experience in a customer support or IT helpdesk environment
Experience with a ticketing or helpdesk system preferred
