What Your Day Will Look Like:Consor is seeking a Senior
Construction Project Manager with airport facility construction
management experience to join our team to provide project
leadership in support of a growing PMCM practice. As a dynamic and
growing engineering consulting firm, Consor is full of

Construction Services practice through project delivery and client
development primarily on transportation construction projects. The
candidate will participate in the pursuit of projects, inspector
resource allocation, and recruitment to ensure talent aligns with
project delivery needs. Will provide Resident Engineering
leadership to ensure exceptional project delivery with high client
satisfaction in the construction quality assurance and quality
control consulting space.Salary Range: $150,000 to
$180,000Location: San Carlos, CAWhat You'll Do:As the Project
Manager you will be responsible for:
- Growing and enhancing our capabilities to support the
administration of complex construction projects, primarily in the
construction quality assurance/control team space.
- Providing a business development supporting role with
opportunity pursuit strategies, teaming strategies, development of
statements of qualifications (SOQs) and cultivating client
relationships for new pursuits.
- Developing project proposals, scopes, schedules, and
budgets.
- Actively identifying, selecting, and hiring new inspectors and
other construction services staff as we grow.What You'll Need:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil, construction
management, or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
- Experience with civil works including utility relocation,
bridges, structures and rail preferred at a smaller scale.
- Has worked with local agencies, other 3rd parties, PUC and
other regulatory agencies.
- Alternative project delivery a plus.
- Design or CM experience.
- Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to solve
complex construction conflicts.
- Demonstrated Resident Engineer skills and the ability to lead,
train and mentor junior staff.
- Ability to communicate with clients and maintain successful
client relations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget, schedule, and
construction quality assurance/control teams.What Benefits You'll
