growth of Lam's business.The Impact You'll MakeAs a Project
Manager, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact in
maintaining our product leadership position by managing programs
and features to realize our supply chain roadmaps. The role is
highly cross-functional comprising managing matrixed teams of
supply chain, engineering, platform, services & manufacturing to
achieve program objectives. The role also provides the opportunity
to work with management to influence decision-making. This is an
individual contributor role with visibility and exposure to
multiple functions within Lam and Lam's overall business in
general. Requires proven ability in leading, running, overseeing,
and directing semiconductor equipment supply chain programs and
projects of varying size from inception to successful
completion.What You'll Do
- Lead and manage projects and programs related to Printed
Circuit Board assemblies, controllers, and computers.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Define objectives, milestones, and deliverables; actively
manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects/programs.
- Work collaboratively to seek alignment with supply chain and
engineering stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful
completion.
- Coordinate, align, and ensure execution to timelines by working
directly with suppliers and various teams within Lam including
supplier quality, supplier business management, strategic commodity
management, engineering, and product management.
- Lead recurring cross-functional team meetings and regular
project reviews with the executive team to keep stakeholders
informed.
- Perform ongoing risk management and escalation when
required.
- Monitor metrics and drive corrective actions when required.Who
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing
Operations, Business, or related discipline.
- Eight (8) years' experience managing complex projects or
programs in the high technology industry.
- Experience contributing to a culture of creativity and
accountability in project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a matrixed
organization.
- Creative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and ability
to lead a team for solving problems.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience extracting
information from data.
- Demonstrated judgment to effectively communicate through email,
presentations, face-to-face, and collaboration tools to maintain
alignment between team members, project executives, and project
stakeholders in a dynamic, geographically distributed, and
culturally diverse organization.
- Expert user in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft
Project.
- PMP or PMI Certification a plus.

position: Min $91,900 - Max $206,000.The above salary range for
this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite
in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will
depend on factors that include the location you work from, your
level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience,
and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual
salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors
including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company
