Job Description:
A company is looking for a Search Consultant to join their
Permanent Search Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through leads, referrals, and marketing
Establish and maintain a network of industry professionals
Administer job postings and conduct candidate evaluations to ensure
a proper match
Required Qualifications
Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or
equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in recruiting
top-tier candidates
Working knowledge of labor laws and current recruiting trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ATS
systems
Self-motivated and adaptable to changing business needs
