Job Description:
A company is looking for a Membership Analyst to ensure the
accuracy and timeliness of member and group level benefit
materials.
Key Responsibilities
Produce health/dental benefit books and contracts using custom
software, including document research, customization, and
proofing
Utilize distribution procedures and systems for accurate and timely
document imaging, web migration, and workload tracking
Respond to inquiries regarding group books and contracts and assist
with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate degree or 2 years of job-related work experience
3 years of administrative/clerical support or customer service
experience
Good judgment and effective organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
