Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Analyst
(bilingual English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding
workers' compensation
Process and manage workers' compensation claims, approving
settlements within authority levels
Analyze claims data to identify trends and develop strategies for
risk mitigation and loss prevention
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
2-4 years of direct experience managing workers' compensation
claims
Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management-related field or
equivalent experience
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
Experience in safety and workers' compensation; HR experience is a
plus
