Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI & Model Risk Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Build a model validation schedule and design test plans for model
validation
Support automation of ongoing performance monitoring in
collaboration with IT
Coordinate cross-functional enterprise model and AI risk management
assessments
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative field (e.g., Actuarial
Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
Experience in Python and SQL
5 or more years of relevant experience preferred
Understanding of AI and model risk management in the insurance
industry
Experience with machine learning and generative AI risk evaluation
is highly valued
