A company is looking for a Global Director, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and evolve global total rewards function for 1200+
employees
Develop and lead comprehensive strategy for compensation and
benefits programs
Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and manage
relationships with external vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in total rewards, including global
experience
In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and global employment
laws
Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems
Professional certifications such as CCP or GRP preferred
